The Teleconference Classroom and Meeting suite, found in the James E. Shepard Memorial Library, room 364 utilizes Polycom’s Immersive Telepresence with video and teleconferencing capabilities and Internet Access (wired and wireless). Prior to using the classroom and meeting room, ALL must complete a request.
Please Note: This request form is solely to be used for the Teleconference Suite located in the James E. Shepard Memorial Library, room 364 and has the capacity for a maximum of 33 attendees. Please do not attempt to use this form for any other location. Also, if you experience issues in this space, please use the form found here to report those issues.
