Event Support

Provides technical support for internal and external events on campus (sound, projection, video) and ensures a professional and trouble-free event for faculty, staff, student, and the public. These services may incur a charge based on scheduling time. Fees will apply for events outside of normal business hours and on weekends.

NOTE: Advanced notice of 10 business days before the day of the event is required for events (in the form of a service request ticket ONLY) occurring after 5:00 pm and/or during weekend hours, to ensure adequate resource planning.  Advanced notice of 5 business days before the day of the event is required for events (in the form of a service request ticket ONLY) between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, to ensure adequate resource planning.
