Alternate Student PIN registration

Students receive their alternate pins (registration pin) from their academic advisors. ITS is unable to provide any assistance with obtaining an alternate pin.  Once an alternate pin has been obtained from an academic advisor, students should be able to complete the registration process. 

If, after accessing Banner SSB from MyEOL, you receive the screen below, it is requesting your pin to logon to the system.  This pin, as a default, is your birthday in the format of six digits (MMDDYY), not your alternate pin.
