The Banner SSB(New) is now single-sign-on. While the new button expedites logging in, it requires you to LOG OUT or EXIT SSB:
· Click “Exit” after you have finished using Banner SSB. This step will properly log you out of the system and protect your data if you happen to step away from your computer.
· If you forget to click “Exit,” Banner SSB will automatically time out to protect your data. This process will prevent you from getting back into Banner SSB in the same browser session.
Should you encounter this error, close all tabs and reopen your browser. If the issue persists after closing the browser windows, you will need to clear your browser cookies and cache:
