Password Management - Change Password Steps

The Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) tool allows staff, faculty, and students to reset, unlock, or change their password anytime without having to contact ITS! To take advantage, make sure that you register for Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) to enable the feature.

NOTE: Before you can use the SSPR tool, you must set up verification methods (register). If you have not set up methods and are having login issues contact the Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ITS helpdesk) at 919-530-7676 for assistance with resetting your password.

If you know your password but need to change it, follow the steps below:

1.  Visit myeol.nccu.edu and log-in.

2.  Locate the Password Management button under Administrative & Academic Services.

NOTE: If you cannot locate the Password Management button, click the View All Services button to display all myEOL buttons.

4. A Sign in prompt may appear on the screen, enter your NCCU username and current password. Click Sign in.

5. From the My Account menu, select Password from the far left.
