Reset Cisco Jabber App on Mobile Device

Resetting Jabber can be used as a troubleshooting step when attempting to resolve a localized issue. Below are steps to aid in performing a reset on your Jabber app from your mobile device:

1. Tap the button to view self-management and account information.

 

2. Press Sign Out.

 

3. Press "Reset Jabber"


 

4. Select Reset on the popup message.



 

5. Proceed to sign in with your NCCU email address at the sign in prompt.

6. Enter your NCCU password.

 

7. Phone issues should be resolved.
