Google Chrome “Clear Cache” Steps for Banner 9

If you are having trouble accessing Banner 9 and see the following error message.  Follow the steps below to correct the issue.

  1. Restart your computer.
  2. Select the three dots in the top right corner of the address bar.

  1. Select More Tools > Clear browsing data…..

  1. Make sure Time range displays All time
  2. Make sure all the boxes have been checked
  3. Select Clear data
  4. Close Google Chrome web browser
  5. Open a new Google Chrome web browser
  6. Log into myEOL to access Banner 9 from Personal Assistant box

This should correct the error.  If the error continues, call ETAC at 919-530-7676.
