The loaner program supports the needs of faculty and staff members that require the use of a University-owned laptop computer during business travel. All requests must be submitted at least 5 business days in advance of the travel.
The laptop comes with an Ethernet cable, a video adapter cable, and an international power adapter. Features of the laptop include:
- Windows 11
- Remote access VPN (Note: To utilize VPN, you must get approval from ITS)
- Cisco Jabber and Microsoft Teams
- MS Office suite and Outlook Email Web client
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Universal video player
- Full hard disk encryption and antivirus
- Carry case
