Panic Button Request

Panic buttons are designed for direct customer facing areas to have a silent alarm that connects with police dispatch.  To function, they require a computer logged into a domain account and network connectivity.  Once pressed, NCCU Police receives information such as the user logged into the computer, office location, and phone number to respond to.  

Campus departments may request panic buttons on an as needed basis by using this form.  While there is no recurring cost, departments may opt to receive physical buttons that connect to a computer for a one-time cost.  Functionality is not changed regardless of which option a department chooses.
