Important: Back Up Your Files Before Receiving Your New Laptop

As part of the device replacement process, your current laptop’s hard drive will be removed and retained by ITS. You must back up all personal and work-related files prior to your appointment, as any data stored locally will no longer be accessible after the swap.

We cannot issue your new laptop until the hard drive has been collected.
