Banner 9 Faculty/Advisor Self-Service - Faculty Detail Schedule (Classlist & Waitlist)

The Faculty Detail Schedule helps faculty quickly view important course details, such as class times, office hours, enrolled students, and waitlisted students.

How to Access Your Class List

STEP 1: Log In to myEOL
Use your login credentials to access myEOL.

STEP 2: Access Faculty/Advisor Self-Service
(If you don’t see this option, click the Gear icon near the “Welcome, [Your Name]” message on the far right side of the weather display and change your viewing role.)

Under Administrative & Academic Services, click Banner 9 and select Faculty/Advisor Self-Service.

STEP 3: Open Faculty Detail Schedule
From the main menu, click on Faculty Detail Schedule.

STEP 4: Choose Term and Course
Pick the Term (like Fall 2025).

Enter or select the Course Reference Number (CRN) for your class.

STEP 5: Find the Class List
Your course details will be near the top of the page. Find the “Roster” section and click on “Classlist”

STEP 6: (If Needed) Select Your Course from a List
Sometimes, you’ll see a list of courses with multiple CRNs and terms. You can use the search or filters to find your course by term.

Click any of the numbers under “Enrollment Count” for your courses (see screenshot below for an example)

 

STEP 7: View Your Students
You’ll now see a list of all enrolled students along with details such as their Banner ID (820#).

Additional Features

You can export or print the class list using the button icons shown in the screenshot below.

You can also select student entries by checking the box next to their name in the left side of the Student Name column. This allows you to send a bulk email using the Email icon button (shown in the screenshot).
Note: Some students may not be selectable due to certain conditions.
