What are EPAF Proxy Records?
EPAF Proxy Records allow a user to designate one or more individuals to act on their behalf as a proxy approver for EPAFs.
This feature ensures that EPAFs continue to move through the workflow when a primary approver is out of office, on leave, or otherwise unavailable.

Who can set up a proxy?
All Self-Service EPAF users who have been granted proxy privilege can access this functionality.
What can proxies do?
Once assigned, a proxy can:
Access Act as a Proxy from the EPAF Main Menu.

View and approve EPAFs on behalf of the original approver.
Help maintain timely processing of actions without delays.
